There are two categories of membership available at JAABS:
Life Member : Any alumnus of IBA-JU from 1st to 15th Batch BBA is eligible to become a Life Member upon the payment of the stipulated subscription Fees.
Fees : Subscription Fee for Life Membership is presently BDT 5000.00.General Member : Alumni from 16th Batch onward and WMBA can be General Member which will be valid for 12 months from the day of payment of subscription. Any General Member who is member for 36 months will be eligible to become Life Member by paying additional BDT 2000.00 at the end of 36 months.
Fees : Subscription Fee for General Membership is presently BDT 1000.00.JAABS considers the Members as "Registered Member" when he or she has paid all of the committed dues, as "Committed to be a Member" when submitted the registration form to the secretary of JAABS and "Prospective Member" who has earned or going to earn a degree from DBA/IBA, JU. Membership has to be renewed every year and the year begins from the date of submission of the Membership Fees. The Council, by resolution, may redefine the membership fees as and when needed by the support of at least two-thirds of the members of the council.

To be a registered member of JAABS, one has to earn at least a BBA, MBA or MBA (Weekend) degree from the Department/Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University and submit the registration form along with due fees and two copies of passport size photograph.
JAABS has now 223 registered members including 130 life-time members.
-Any Alumni can be a member (Life/ general) as per usual process of filling out the form and payment of membership fees.
